How does it work?

  1. We offer a bridge loan determined on the equity in your home
  2. We don’t charge any interest for 6 months
  3. We have a flat 2.25% fee based on your home’s estimated list price and a nominal fee
  4. Our fees can be deducted from the money we lend you
  5. We work with your lender and agent or refer one if you need it
  6. If your home hasn’t sold after 6 months, we will buy it at an agreed price
