About the Knock Bridge Loan
How does the Knock Bridge Loan work?
- We offer a bridge loan determined on the equity in your clients' home
- We don’t charge any interest for 6 months
- We have a flat 2.25% fee based on your clients' home’s estimated list price and a nominal fee
- Our fees can be deducted from the money we lend your client
- We work with you (the lender) directly, so you can lead the client relationship
- If your clients' home hasn’t sold after 6 months, we will buy it at an agreed price
