About the Knock Bridge Loan

How does the Knock Bridge Loan work?

  1. We offer a bridge loan determined on the equity in your clients' home
  2. We don’t charge any interest for 6 months
  3. We have a flat 2.25% fee based on your clients' home’s estimated list price and a nominal fee
  4. Our fees can be deducted from the money we lend your client
  5. We work with you (the lender) directly, so you can lead the client relationship
  6. If your clients' home hasn’t sold after 6 months, we will buy it at an agreed price
